We recently celebrated our marriage with a reception of about 120 people.  Like many couples - we planned our own wedding.  One of our primary goals was that we wanted our guests to have an incredible meal with plenty of options (and not break the bank).  From our first meeting with Holly we felt understood and relieved by her advice.  She walked us through everything from the appy's and bar service right through dinner service, buffet and cake plating.  In one of our final meetings, she helped us finalize our schedule and troubleshoot problems that naturally arise when feeding that many people.  As any anxious Bride will tell you - the more experts who are willing to offer sound advice the better we feel.  (Making the Groom happy too!)  When the day arrived the team at Gourmet to Go dealt with many last minute issues quietly and very professionally.  The food was spectacular and we are still getting calls from our guests complimenting the service, selection, and quality.   They were incredibly busy but maintained a cheery and helpful demeanor the entire day.  Gourmet to Go was a pleasure to work with, they ensured our guests were satisfied and while we hope to only have one wedding - we would not hesitate to use or recommend their services in the future.
